We offer shipping to all 50 U.S. states, military addresses (APO/FPO), and U.S. territories.

We ship to over 100 countries worldwide, including Canada, Europe, Asia, Australia, and the Middle East. However, certain locations may be restricted due to customs regulations or carrier limitations. Customers are responsible for checking import restrictions before purchasing.
2. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES
2.1 Domestic Shipping (Within the U.S.)
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Express Shipping: 2-4 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
2.2 International Shipping
Standard International Shipping: 7-14 business days
Express International Shipping: 3-7 business days
Note: Delivery times do not include customs clearance for international orders, which may cause delays beyond our control.
2.3 Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment verification.
Orders placed after 2 PM (PST) on Fridays, weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day.
3. SHIPPING FEES & TAXES
3.1 Domestic Shipping Fees (USA)
Orders over $500 qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S.
For orders under $500, shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Express and overnight shipping options are available for an additional charge.
3.2 International Shipping Fees & Customs Duties
Shipping fees for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by their country’s regulations.
3.3 Sales Tax
Applicable U.S. sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.
International customers may be required to pay VAT/GST upon delivery, depending on their country’s tax policies.
4. ORDER TRACKING & DELIVERY UPDATES

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.

4.2 Shipping Delays & Tracking Issues
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

5. SHIPPING POLICIES & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
5.1 Address Accuracy
Customers must provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
PIXELRIGPC is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
5.2 Shipping Delays & External Factors
Estimated delivery times do not account for delays caused by:
Severe weather conditions (storms, hurricanes, snowstorms)

While PIXELRIGPC is not responsible for carrier delays, we will assist in resolving any shipping issues.
5.3 Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but missing, please:
Check with neighbors or building management.
Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number.
Notify PIXELRIGPC within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
We will assist with carrier investigations but are not liable for stolen or misplaced packages.
6. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
6.1 Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please:
Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Email our support team at info@corerigtech.com within 48 hours of delivery.
We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund for damaged goods.
6.2 Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours for a free exchange.
The incorrect item must be returned in its original condition before the replacement is shipped.
7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy for eligible items.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
